About the Essex Tubes R&D Team

Essex Tubes has been manufacturing high-quality cardboard tubes and cores since 1989. With decades of hands-on experience, our team shares expert knowledge on everything from standard postal tubes to fully bespoke cores for specialist industries.

We manufacture tubes up to 13 metres in length, with diameters ranging from 34mm to 656mm, always using the highest-quality materials to ensure all of our tubes are extremely durable and sturdier than the packaging industry standard. As an eco-friendly company, we pride ourselves on creating 100% recyclable products made from 100% recycled materials, and our content reflects that same commitment to sustainability and practical, no-nonsense guidance.
